This Friday, August 27th, at 7pm, Visiting Assistant Professor Jason Lahr and Associate Professor Robert Sedlack will be guests at a book signing at Idle Hours Bookshop, next to the State Theatre in downtown South Bend. Designed by Sedlack, "Words for Pictures" showcases Lahr's work and the texts he creates for his paintings. The introduction for the book was written by another member of the Department, Maria Tomasula, Michael P. Grace Professor of Painting. The book is a publication of StepSister Press (Chicago).
