Allen Hemberger of Pixar will give his talk An Open Conversation on a Career in Visual Effects Friday, April 13th at 7pm in Debartolo Room 102.
This conversation will cover general information about working as a Visual Effects artist, talking about the workflow of feature film visual effects, general cultural and lifestyle of VFX facilities, and can answer any questions you might have about the academic or career path of a visual effects artist. He'll also show a demo reel and can discuss specific shots as the conversation unfolds. Come ready for an interactive experience and lots of questions.
