University of Notre Dame Ceramics Research Associate Zach Tate has work in an upcoming exhibition at Wichita State University entitled, "Contemporaneous Commentary: Voices in the Current Sociopolitical Atmosphere." The exhibition runs from Dec 5th-Jan 21st.
More info: "As long as these sociopolitical issues have existed, artists have been there to document and discuss ideas and emotions spurred by major national events and issues. In keeping with that tradition, “Contemporaneous” seeks artwork that exposes, proposes, explores, investigates or otherwise addresses social, political, environmental, or economic issues of injustice in the sociopolitical atmosphere since 9/11. The juror is Dr. Lisa Volpe, Curator, Wichita Art Museum, Wichita, Ks."
