After one-on-one portfolio interviews with Notre Dame senior industrial designers, a team of eight professionals from Whirlpool’s Design Center selected Ryan Geraghty for Notre Dame’s 2012 Industrial Designers Society of America Student Merit Recipient.
This honor means that Ryan will represent Notre Dame’s Design Program next week at the IDSA Midwest District Conference in Chicago. During the conference, Ryan will present his design work to an audience of both academic and practitioner attendees.
The event places Ryan in competition with students from all other MW District IDSA Chapter Schools, each pursuing recognition as the top Industrial Design Student in the District.
