Erin Daly admitted to University of Chicago PhD program

Author: Dept. Staff

University of Notre Dame Art History graduate student Erin Daly has accepted a fully funded offer of admission to the PhD program in Classics at the University of Chicago.

Within the Classics department, Daly will complete the Program in the Ancient Mediterranean World. As the name implies, this is an interdisciplinary program created for the purpose of examining larger issues of the ancient world through the combined study of art, archaeology and literature. At Chicago, Daly hopes to focus in ancient Greek history and art with secondary focuses in Achaemenid Persian art and Roman art.

Erin sends major thanks to the supportive Art History and Classics faculty at the University of Notre Dame, and in particular, her advisor, Professor Robin Rhodes, and Professors Kathleen Pyne, and Christopher Baron.

Congrats, Erin!
