In late March, six designers representing WRX Exhibit Design, Nemeth Studio and Whirlpool Corporation convened in the new Westlake Hall for an annual portfolio review of student industrial designers. After long and highly contested deliberation, Alisa was selected Notre Dame’s 2013 Industrial Designers Society of America Student Merit Recipient. This recognition means Alisa will represent our program, competitively presenting her undergraduate industrial design research before a large audience of academic and practicing designers at the IDSA MW District Conference in Indianapolis on April 20th.
