Visiting Assistant Professor of Visual Communication Design Sarah Edmands Martin has been selected to present her talk "Swiping Left on Empathy: Gamification and Commodification of the (Inter)Face" at the World Design Summit in Quebec in October of 2017. Martin's chapter proposal of the same title has also been accepted in the book Design & Ethics by Bloomsbury publishing.
