Metal Foundry

The Riley Hall Metal Shop is fully equipped with stationary power tools for the fabrication of sculptures in steel, bronze and aluminum. The Metal foundry is equipped to pour small and mid-sized castings in bronze and aluminum. Our foundry students employ lost-wax, resin sand and traditional casting processes.

Stationary Power tools used include: MIG Welders, TIG welder, Oxy acetylene rig, Forge, Cutoff saw, Drop down band saw, Upright band saw, Drill press, Ironworker, Hossfeld bender, Slip roller, Finger brake, Sand blasting cabinet, Portable sand blaster, Gantry crane and Forklift.

*This facility is for students currently enrolled in a sculpture course.
