3D Computer Lab

The Westlake 3D design studio supports industrial design instruction and research in the Department of Art, Art History and Design. The studio has 17 Apple Macintosh workstations (supporting OSX and Windows) and two Epson flatbed scanners for documents and film. Additionally, each station is equipped with a 12WX Cintiq graphics tablet. The room has two LCD flat-panel displays for lectures, critiques and multi-media presentations. Primary Software: Sketchbook Pro, Solidworks, Alias Studio, Rhino, Flamingo.

Hours of Operation

The computer lab is open seven days a week from 7:30 am to 11:00 pm. On Saturday and Sunday, West Lake Hall entry requires card access and pin entry. The lab also requires pin entry (provided by instructor). If you are currently enrolled in a course taught in West Lake Hall and cannot access the building, please contact the main office.
