Amy Smith is a studio artist living and working in Lincoln, NE. She is a recent recipient of the Artistic Achievement Award - Visual Arts - Lincoln Mayor's Arts Awards. She works in porcelain to create forms that celebrate movement such as wind, waves and running. Amy will be demonstrating in room 122, Riley Hall on Wednesday, November 1, 8:30 am - 12:00 pm. She will give a lecture at 2 pm in room 215, Riley Hall. The demo and lecture are open and free to the public.
