PBS Series Premiere: "10 That Changed America"


Location: Browning Cinema, DeBartolo Performing Arts Center

American Studies will be hosting the world premiere of a new season of the popular PBS history series “10 That Changed America.” The 3 new episodes focus on monuments, streets, and “modern marvels” of engineering. 

Dan Protess of PBS/WTTW Chicago will be showing clips from the 3 new episodes. A panel discussion will follow with Dan, Erika Doss from American Studies, Dennis Doordan from Architecture, and Mike Stanisic from Mechanical Engineering.
