Please join us for an evening of documentary cinema co-curated by students in Professor Nicole Woods' art history course, Themes of Modern Art: Pop, Fluxus, Minimalism. Here are the details:

Cut Piece (Maysles, 1966; 8 minutes) and Kusama: Infinity (Magnolia Pictures, 2018; 76 minutes Tuesday, November 13th, 8-10pm, Browning Cinema/DPAC. 

Light reception beginning at 7pm. 

This is a free but ticketed event. Tickets will only be available for pick-up one hour prior to the performance. To guarantee your reservation please pick-up your Will Call tickets at least 15 minutes prior to the performance. In the event of a sell out, unclaimed Will Call tickets will be used to seat patrons waiting on standby. 

This cinema night is supported by a TBC grant from the Office of Undergraduate Studies, the Departments of Art, Art History & Design; Film, Television, and Theater; and the Program in Gender Studies. The students not only helped to select the films, but they designed all of the promo materials, wrote short introductions to the films, and will participate in an audience Q&A that Professor Woods will moderate afterward.
