Celebrating the special exhibition: Revisions: Contemporary Native Art.

This exhibition focuses on acts of revision, reuse, and reconfiguration in recent work by Indigenous artists. Drawing on both the permanent collection and selected loans, the exhibition brings together diverse artists who share an interest in the way forms evolve over time, across space, and between cultures.

It is organized by Frances Jacobus-Parker, Guest Curator at the Snite Museum of Art, with the assistance of Larissa Nez (Diné), Notre Dame Class of 2019.

A gallery talk by the curator will start about 6:00 p.m. during the Friday evening reception.


Complimentary light refreshments supplied by the Friends of the Snite Museum will be available along with as a cash bar. All are welcome to this free event.
