Kaitlyn is a Design and Strategy leader, creating products and experiences for iconic brands that deliver on the company mission, delight customers, and elevate the bottom line.
Most recently, she built and led the Industrial Design team at Rivian Automotive; developing the product ecosystem around the vehicle. Prior to Rivian, she worked at Smart Design in NYC and KitchenAid Small Appliances in St Joseph, MI.
