Anne Goodman, BFA senior industrial designer, has been voted 2015 IDSA (Industrial Designers Society of America) Student Merit Recipient. The evening of April 21, Anne and ten other senior designers presented their design portfolios before eleven industrial design professionals during one-on-one interviews that lasted nearly two hours. The hotly contested award was announced after an hour-long deliberation by the jury.
This recognition means that Anne will present her design research before an audience of over 400 professional, academic and student designers at the IDSA Midwest District Conference in St. Louis on May 2nd. In this event s, she will compete for top honors in the District.
