In December, Visiting Professor of Sculpture Leticia Bajuyo traveled to Austin, Texas to participate at the 2016 Annual Meeting of the National Performance Network and Visual Arts Network. This is her third year as a member of the NPN/VAN board of directors. In addition to her board roles during the annual meeting, she also presented on a session panel focused on how artists leverage the network to build support systems and to build relationships to develop/tour work. Upon returning to Indiana, Leticia visited Ball State University as their guest artist for graduate student reviews. Also in December, Leticia learned that she has been selected for an indoor, large-scale, ceiling suspended, public art installation for Concourse C in the Nashville International Airport. This installation will be on display for 10-months beginning in March 2017.
